It's a clone of the Surefire hicap mags for real rifles. I'm sure it works fine (most hicaps do...), and it would look good in a HK IAR build.

well, my gun shoots around 15rps and i like to fire in 50-100 round bursts. I usually go through 4k rounds in a day. I can't help it. I just do. I use my M4 as a support weapon because of it's range and ROF but my mags don't exactly feed as many as I need them to before I have to reload. in short, I need big mags, without going full retard and getting an overly expensive box mag. I'm trying to compromise.

How is a 5000 round box mag that costs ~$40 overly expensive compared to a 850 round fat mag that costs ~$30? You pay about 75% of the box mag's cost for about 15% of the capacity. If you're using your M4 as a support gun with huge bursts, then why do you care if you have a box mag or not? If you're simply going for utility you might as well be as practical as possible.

This makes me want to switch to mid caps, 4000rds a day, wow. Anyways, an M4 box mag would do fine specter, I think it would look good with your S-System

heh. you've obviously never carried my m4. it weighs upwards 10 pounds with the attachments i've put on it.
@steevo I was basing the pricing off of dom's box mags and he said his were 90 bucks.
@marpat i'm thinking about buying a bipod or a grippod for my s system. it would look nice.

I feel like it's just a box mag that you can use and say you're not using a box mag.
