How do I upgrade my Cyma Socom M14 to shoot like a sniper. It's currently got about 360 fps and I already have a sniper scope. I just want to make it go farther (about 450 fps) and still be accurate

R-hop and an M140 should put you near that goal. You'll need a new motor, and possibly a new piston, piston head, bushings, and air nozzle. You could also consider a barrel upgrade.
Remember, TM M14s, and their clones, are difficult to take apart. Take your time, BE CAREFUL. Don't forget about your modifications either, shimming, AoE. Dom and I both have good shimming videos/walk throughs to help you do that, and There are a few pinned AoE threads. It's very rare that you can ever drop in a part and it works just as before, even with something as simple as a spring change.

I can hook you up with the motor(it's just a normal high torque) piston, piston head, cylinder, cylinder head and spring guide

You can also pay a professional like Star_folder or myself to do the work for you.
