GNS / NC Airsoft / Let's Be Clear

This is what was said on the Georgia forum relating to the GNS game :
NC is not the reason the GNS game is not going to happen.
NC Airsoft had nothing to do with the conception, planning, or canceling of the GNS game.
The GNS game was announced on this forum before NC Airsoft knew anything about it.
There was no official NC members on the Planning Committee of this game.
The cancellation of this game is no way a reflection on the interest or involvement of NC Airsoft.
Let us be honest here.
The cart went way out in front of the horse on the GNS game by those attempting to organize it.
The game was announced before there was a date or location secured or any logistics nailed down.
Maybe the excitement of an interesting new approach to a Boarder War game got the wheels turning without really looking at it.
You guys in SC do a great job representing the sport / hobby of airsoft.
I don't know how the GNS planning process got so off track.
This is certainly not typical of the way things are done in SC.
I don't know what is or what is not being communicated to the airsofters in SC regarding NC Airsoft and the cancellation of the GNS game. The Facts are NC Airsoft had nothing to do with he GNS game being cancelled.
I personally find the GNS game to be an interesting idea and if / when it ever comes to life, I will be there.
Just so everyone is clear.fallout11 wrote:TDC - 2 - APRIL 27-28 2013
