Red Dawn style.

The US has been invaded by the Russians blah blah charlie sheen blah blah blah resistance movement blah blah blah.

Full field at Redfox if possible? Or at least everything except silverado. Lots of structures to shoot in and out of. Almost like semi-urban fighting.

Russians wear green. Not tan. Green. Look the part. I mean, you're Russian for christ's sake.
Resistance fighters wear civie. Not black, preferably no gear either. Good ol' fashioned militia look.

Standard AOSC rules apply.
Russian accents and over sized american flags along with random shouts of "MURICA F*** YEAH!" are encouraged as are suicidal "LEEROY JENKINS" Charges.

In short, cap some flags and shoot the baddies.

Foul language will not be encouraged at any AOSC game, in fact the opposite is the case.

The idea is a start, though rather rough around the edges. Polish it up a bit.

I also think getting rid of tan is a poor idea. Most people have green or tan based camo, throwing out one or the other so people wear civilian clothing isn't the best idea.

Honestly, everybody is being a little hard on specter. I wouldn't mind seeing a change in pace from everybody getting dressed in full combat uniform looking like they're about to go to Afghanistan to a more relaxed fun game where we just run around a bigger field and have fun just for a game, not saying we don't have fun now. Paintball central might be a place for that.

Also when were on this topic I wouldn't mind seeing another Vietnam based game like op domino, just a suggestion.

Seriously, you have no idea how bad I want to see a game where everyone is just having fun instead of taking it so seriously. I mean, idk, blue jeans vs khakis? I really miss those days of being a backyardigan and I want to experience a game that is like it except with the aosc.

This past weekend's game was a lot like that. You should try showing up to some skirmishes. They are often much more laid back and relaxed vs Operations like you seemed to initially suggest.

SQA's doing a skirmish day at the end of June, you might enjoy it.

Sounds good, Just gotta save up for gas. My truck isn't the cheapest thing to keep running.

I don't know if it be closer for you, but it also occurred to be that the Swamp has ges every weekend, or every other weekend, I bet they might be fine with you showing up in civvies.

Changing clothes doesn't change peoples' attitudes.

Most of the smaller non-OP games are pretty laid back. Yesterday was fairly laid back, as are most RF and PBC central games.

Also, I am doing a VN themed OP this summer.
