Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
This is probably a stupid question, but what is the best outlet for selling off a large size lot of airsoft guns, gear, and accessories? Im trying to pick up a polar star setup and dont want to spend forever parting it out, becuase then i will lose interest, life will kick me in the balls, and i will be stuck doing the responsible thing and spending the money on something else. Then im out the money and my airsoft stuff. Has anyone had luck selling large lots of airsoft stuff in the past? Any help would be appreciated.

Sell it for cheap depending on what it is. Send me a full list in a PM and I can help you out. (May even take some if I want it

Gotta pay something to be authorized. Better go to Ohio or something like that.

This is my thread in the WTB section

When i estimated what it was worth, i low balled everything. Basically priced it at what i could realistically could get for it. I just dont want to take forever to part it out. like i said, then i would end up having to spend the money on something else and i would have nothing to show for selling my gear.

ASF and Ohio are good places. If you want the stuff to sell, sell it super cheap.

Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
I want to sell it fast, but i dont have to sell it. The reason im getting rid of it is because i want to upgrade to a P* setup.

Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
I based my estimates on what its actually selling for right now, not what i think its worth. The SR12 alone stock is worth more than a couple hundred bucks. You're entitled to you're own opinion, but im not asking what everyone thinks its worth, im asking for the best outlet to sell it.Echo1 Operator wrote:Don't get upset, but all of your stuff for sale is not really worth anything. You might get lucky at a flea market or something and get a couple hundred bucks.
Polar stars kind of suck, so you're probably better off just keeping what you have.

Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
For the last time, im not here asking what everyone thinks its worth, thats for me to worry about.Felix wrote:Actually. your selling two KWA and a JG, which is just about what everyone else is selling. I wouldnt give you more than 250 for any.

eBay might work, but people who shop there are usually looking for a ridiculously low price and don't know much about airsoft. You'd probably sell it quickly, but I'm not sure how much you would get.

Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
I disagree. I stalk eBay for the "deals" on a couple guns (TM GBBs, KWA mp7, etc) and they sell for good prices. Never dirt cheap. And you could always set a reserve price on it (if bidding doesn't hit $XX, the item isn't sold.)Doublewolf wrote:eBay might work, but people who shop there are usually looking for a ridiculously low price and don't know much about airsoft. Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
the problem with ebay is they jacked up the final value fee to 9% that maxes out at $50. its ridiculous to pay that plus listing fees

Re: Fastest way to sell off a collection of guns
ASF just go with the $5 fee I put my P* on there and had around 500 views the first day and a lot of pms. I ended up selling it locally because he had the money first but I would get a lot of offers and messages from there.
