Halloween zombie game?

Post by specter » Sun Aug 25, 2013 10:06 am

Iv'e been wanting to go to a zombie OP for ages but the only ones so far have been at the swamp, which is close to 4 hours away from me. Needless to say, I probably won't be playing there. Sadly, the game closest to halloween will be at the swamp as well and as stated before, I will probably not be going. Would it be possible to have a game at the Airfarm or another more central location like SQA?

From what I've heard, woodsball zombie games don't work.

^Absolutely right.

I've run a couple zombie games at FPTC (I guess you missed them) and they went well. The issue with zombie games is that of a faction that is totally without any ranged weaponry. This means that the game mechanics only function properly in a CQB setting.

The Swamp's field is fun for a zombie game, lots of places to hide and scare and such.
Last game I went to: Redfox, March 29th, 2014
(Stolen from Gerbilizer :D)

Could we possibly work out something with the owner of redfox? I might have some interesting ideas to implement in the game as well.

Remind me this Sat. and I'll discuss it with Vaughn and see what he would be willing to do as far as nighttime play. Depending on what he'll allow I may do another zombie game in the early spring/late winter, OR you could ask Hoss about his RF game in November and I'll let him know what Vaughn will allow. (actually Hoss should be there Sat. so we can all talk about it then)

Redfox wouldn't be bad, but Vaughn may try to make you give a little extra for playing at night

I'd be ok with 25 if we get the whole field.
