For that price there better not be a single piece of pot metal on it.

He talked of high quality, yet the feed tray cover had loads of side to side wobble which means to me crappy tolerences, they did not once actually show a 1:1 speed shooting video with sound (leads me to believe that it does not shoot anywhere close to the 1200-1500rpm these things were known for) again leading me to believe crappy quality. And finally it is MATRIX which is nearly the complete opposite of quality.
Now that that is over with, my overall opinion of this is AWESOME! I mean it is a freaking MG-42. And to anyone who know's me, knows that I am a HUGE WW2 person so anytime I see a manufacture producing a WW2 weapon it excites me greatly.

Personal opinion: I'm sure the quality will be decent enough, although the price would warrant a higher quality than it will probably have. I'd be willing to bet this is built by A&K, and they have quite a solid track record with the M60 and Mk43. It would not be hard at all to have it ripping along at MG42 rates of fire.
To say that Matrix = low quality isn't really fair. Matrix is just Evike's store brand; some of the rebranded products suck, others are great.

To be fair I did say nearly, which means not everything they make is low quality, but alot is.
Also they showed using a mini NIHM battery. Using a brick lipo should get it there in terms of ROF, and since this would not be a semi auto type of gun your trigger contacts should last awhile as well.

A&Ks stuff is good for what it is, I loved my M60 but it was pot metal after all, random pieces can and do break off.
