I have been playing airsoft for a year and a half and pretty much have ran solo. I have played with and against alot of good teams in both the SCAA and AOSC. I decided to start a team and recently I have been getting alot of good feedback from alot people just entering the sport wanting to join the team. I know what type of team I want and have a fairly good idea of how I want to set it up. But I am having trouble determining where I should start and how. Many of you have been on teams awhile and I trust your opinions and your experience. Could any of you give me some tips or pointers of where to start or any other information you are willing to give?
Thanks

Determine what type of structure you want for your team (CO, XO, Squads, rifleman, support gunners, snipers, etc.). You may not want a military type structure, but just a bunch of guys who get together an play.
Determine what type of players you are looking for (no experience, some experience, age restricted, etc).
Determine where you would like your team members to be located (i.e. if they live to far away, you may never see them).
Determine if you want to go with a specific camo type for green and tan based scenarios.
Determine the number of players you want your team to start with (can grow after you are comfortable with a certain level of team members).
That should start you off.

Great info Straghtshot. I think that will get you off to a great start JR.
You name a game, I've been to it.
If I've banned you, then you have more than likely deserved it.
If I deleted a post it didn't need to be there or I simply didn't like it.
