Combat Sports Supply

OK....Where to start on this one. I order from combat sports supply Jan. 1st 2011... I just received my order today Jan 18th and had alot of problems with it. They sent it to the wrong address and then they told me they might have to charge me for shipping AGAIN! so i told them they could cancel my order. They replied back and said they would ship it again at no extra cost, so i told them to proceed with my order.. On there website they claim if you order over 50 dollars worth they will give you a free custom dead rag, but with my 60 dollar order i didn't get one. My order was in the processing status for over 8 day's and i had requested a tracking number 3 times after the order had shipped and they never gave me one. And the hydration bladder cleaning kit i ordered was nothing like the one pictured on the website! The other item's i got were fine though.
I will NEVER order from them again...EVER!

Wow, that is REALLY bad. I can't think of much more for them to have gotten wrong.

First, thank you for your order. This post was brought to our attention and we felt it warranted a response to clear the facts.
1. Your order was shipped on the 3rd, within 48hrs, to the address you provided.
2. The US Postal service could not deliver to the address provided and returned the package to us as non-deliverable. We attempted to contact you multiple times to get a corrected address.
3. Once we finally got a response, yes we did ask that you pay the return shipping as we did nothing wrong and shipped to the incorrect address provided by you. You complained that it wasnt your fault the Postal service didnt deliver it and we agreed that it wasnt our fault either, but that we'd be nice guys and eat the second shipping cost, which we did.
4. Yep, you should have received the free dead rag, I think we had run out of them at that time (post christmas), If you want we can send you one.
5. The bladder cleaning kit is the same one that company has sold for years, not sure what was different in yours.
6. We have no records of you contacting us for tracking numbers. You were sent an email from USPS containing this information at the time of shipment.
So we didnt do 100% on your order, but certainly didnt handle it how you portray it in your post. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, we just wanted to make sure all of the facts were available.

I will respond to these as they are numbered above
1- My order wasn't shipped on the 3rd... My e-mail records show it was still processing until the 8th
2- I was trying to contact you while you were away from the store....i belive you said you were at Shotshow or something to that effect and to be honest you didn't seem to concerned about this. I can get products from oversea's and get better customer service and faster shipping than i did from your store.... Stick to paintball
3- Yes you wanted to charge me extra shipping until i asked to cancel my order and then you repled back to me days later and said you would eat the shipping
4- I did finaly get the dead rag.....It did take a while though and endless emails from my behalf to get it ...i think you should pay me to wear it or i could trade it for a combat sports supply sucks shirt!
5- The bladder kit sucks!!!!!!
6- Would you like me to post up my e-mails where i sent plenty of messages asking for the tracking #?

I had a pretty decent experience with them. I spent over $100 and got free shipping, got the free kill rag and shipping took 2 days. All the items were pretty good. Only problem was the order was it took them 6 days to ship it.
