So last week I managed to find this website while on the search for a battery for my M16. Overall I must say I am very happy with this site and would recommend them to anyone in need of new batteries. Here's a breakdown of my experience.

Price: Very cheap. I don't know what batteries usually go for new, but I bought 4 Blue Lipo Lipos, all 11.1v 1500 mah 20c, for $10 and change a piece. Throw in the fact that any order over $25 (an easy feat for anyone in need of spares I think) gets shipped free, and this makes for an easy time on your bank account.

Customer Service: I must say it's pretty decent. I made my order last friday morning, but after finding that they are located in california, I decided that I should change the shipping so that I would have my batteries for TDC. I went to their website and got on the live chat shortly after noon (9 PST). after a short wait, I was put online with a "charlie" who handled my chat. I provided him with my order number and told him I needed the shipping changed. He informed me that I could go with 3 day shipping, but that it might not arrive until friday because of the change to my order. At that point I decided on 2 day shipping which was $30 and change more. My only issues are that I have not yet received an updated receipt as he said I would, and that he seemed a bit slow to respond on the chat (although that may have been the internet).

Shipping: This was very good. My order arrived today in the mail, when I did not expect it until tomorrow. Considering it came from california (despite having paid for 2 day shipping) and the fact that I was told on monday that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping changes to be processed.

Once again, I am very happy with the experience, even if it were for nothing more than the prices.
