I am looking to place an order and I was wondering if anyone has had any good feedback with their service, shipping, and so on. Mainly shipping and customs..

We often times order from them. They ship quickly, neatly, and are well priced. They often get items to us faster than west coast suppliers do, such as ASGI and Evike. I'd give them an A.

Do you ship the cheap option or express?

Cheap if I just need the item eventually. Express if it's time sensitive, I think express usually gets it here in a week.
