DESCRIPTION(S): I bought this about 8 months ago, intending to paint it and install pads, but never got around to it. This has sat in my room and never been worn. There is one scuff beneath the mouth of the snake, but I'm going to see if I can get rid of that. There is no velcro inside, and NO pads are included.

The only difference between mine and the one in this picture is that mine is not at all glossy. It is a flat black and has a rubbery texture.

Yeah, but if you pop the foam out it's just fine.
