Gear that most people think of as gear:
5x Skydex PASGT Upgrade kit, Size 6 - $30ea
These are marked "PASGT", but they work for the PASGT/MICH/ACH/whatever. Velcro pads stick just about anywhere, and the harness is more or less universal.

They're both missing the straps to hold the actual shoulder straps and kidney pads on. Replacements are easily available for $5-10, or you could just rig it up with any webbing you had sitting around.

I have the outer woodland covers, plus the black inner bag (and carrying bag). I'm missing the OD bag. The black bag is rated to -10F. The woodland cover is waterproof goretex. If you used all three layers together (black core, OD 2nd layer, GT 3rd layer) you are kept warm all the way to -30F. Without that OD bag, I'd guesstimate these would be good to about -20F if you purchased the waterproof "bivvy cover" as well as the bag itself.
