I edited your post, but for future reference, I have detailed how to do it.
In order to embed a Youtube video:
The url for the above video is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Djjs2KSCr2Q.
Copy the last segment after the = sign. In this case, Djjs2KSCr2Q. This is the unique identifier code of the video.
Paste that, highlight, then press the Youtube button above the the text box.
Should look like this:

Highlights of the day include burping and shooting wasps, oh the action. And I chugged way too much water before going up that hill, took some air down with it apparently. I just noticed the snake at the beginning too, very cool.
