Keep going until people start crumpling to the ground when you shoot them. Thats the goal.

I saw this. It looked like a scene from the matrix.Vesper wrote:I'd like to share a story.
After my M4 went down, I borrowed Felix's pistol. Taking advantage of having a light weapon, I ran towards a building where a few Alpha guys were using as a cover. As I sprinted, popped out of the corner and pulled the trigger...
1) I realized that Felix's pistol's hammer was de-cocked, so the gun didn't fire,
2) I tripped on something big, flew several feet across the air before I hit the ground,
3) then got stealth killed in the face (not very subtle for a stealth kill, says I), as my eyes were spinning in my head.
I should add this sequence of events. The last two I remember shooting before I moved from underneath the tower was Dom and another guy behind the jeep (I had fun with Dom at the airfield on a few occasions - I only mention this because I don't get to shoot at him a lot). I seen some movement on the far right side of the airfield and moved back behind the dirt mound that lines the back side of the airfield.Star_folder wrote:A thank you goes out to the guys who helped us out who weren't in the tower, Clutch is the only one I knew out there. Funny how profiling people is a double standard.slickridley wrote: No, it was paintballers, you could tell by their bright full face masks and unnecessary foul loud mouths
Clutch wrote:The mistake he made was he ignored a guy in mullticam who was 20' to my 10 o'clock. I was joking with this guy earlier that he was standing in the open the whole time with only 1 scroney fledgling of a tree as cover and no one has shot him. I think he said his name was John (the name thing again).Star_folder wrote:A thank you goes out to the guys who helped us out who weren't in the tower, Clutch is the only one I knew out there. So anyway, the guy comes up on the side of the tower that no one is watching and starts to work slowly to the entrance to take out everyone inside. He cautiously and very slowly works his way into a shooting angle and "oh-snap"! John takes him out. John saved the tower's bacon early on. Kudo's.
Agreed on all of it. I hope a few things change for the better for the Op 24 game in Nov.Foxx wrote:Pretty good game, despite the rough start. Me n Wolfy headed back to the parking lot during the first half due to battery trouble and growling stomachs.![]()
I'm glad I had a chance to field the new high-torque gearbox and motor I installed into my M16, but came to the conclusion that my well-used and abused 9.6v wasn't going to cut it. This explains my switch to my inexperienced but reliable ICS MP5.
I'm not going to lie, I refused to do my own birthday gauntlet. I just wasn't in the mood to be put on the spot for Trig's personal enjoyment. Something about pissing me off gets him excited in the pants.![]()
I speak for myself as well as Wolfy when I say that the fun really started to pick up after the break. (Aside from the max-range contest that arose on the flanks of the airfield.) Holding the radar station against some serious indirect fire was a blast. Not to mention the rather intense charge Alpha and Charlie launched on the airfield.
Finished the game off by lounging behind the downed plane with my girlfriend and watching the aforementioned (and most likely CoD inspired) knife being thrown into the tower. I hope these youngsters wise up, because I'd hate to see that become the future of AOSC.

All in all, good game. Definitely a good way to end my Airsoft hiatus. Lil pricey considering the gas my Yukon guzzled, but I guess that's just part of the hobby!
...Anyone wanna implement a travel distance discount? Might bring in more out-of-state players.
I wasn't driving, my (idiot) brother was. Regardless, I'm sorry about that and will be having a talk with him about that.airsoftsniper11 wrote:The game was pretty fun.
The negative:
Late start, unorganized (admin with dead radio batteries..really?) Not sure why this game cost $20.
Loose game rules.
Lots of people without kill rags.
Stealth Hero: thanks for covering my car in dirt from the temper tantrum you had when you left the parking lot.
