Keep going until people start crumpling to the ground when you shoot them. Thats the goal.

I'd like to share a story.

After my M4 went down, I borrowed Felix's pistol. Taking advantage of having a light weapon, I ran towards a building where a few Alpha guys were using as a cover. As I sprinted, popped out of the corner and pulled the trigger...

1) I realized that Felix's pistol's hammer was de-cocked, so the gun didn't fire,
2) I tripped on something big, flew several feet across the air before I hit the ground,
3) then got stealth killed in the face (not very subtle for a stealth kill, says I), as my eyes were still spinning in my head.

SNAFU
FUBAR
TARFU
and all that.

I saw this. It looked like a scene from the matrix.

Well i had 6 kills and 6 deaths although none of them too memorable although at the end i was sitting with Fox in the airfiled and it was hilarious to watch the dummy head being thrown at the tower along with a knife from someone else. I really wish i knew and could remember the names of these people. The only funny things that happened to me personally were when i got shot in the finger and later found the bb still lodged in my gloves. Also a few unexpected runs down hills while avoiding trees and being unable to stop were fun.

I should add this sequence of events. The last two I remember shooting before I moved from underneath the tower was Dom and another guy behind the jeep (I had fun with Dom at the airfield on a few occasions - I only mention this because I don't get to shoot at him a lot). I seen some movement on the far right side of the airfield and moved back behind the dirt mound that lines the back side of the airfield.

After taking out some guys from that position some guy in shorts safety kills me and keeps on running. It was literally a run-by safety kill. I heard running foot steps and by the time I turned he was on me (good job). So he runs past me on to the tower.

The mistake he made was he ignored a guy in mullticam who was 20' to my 10 o'clock. I was joking with this guy earlier that he was standing in the open the whole time with only 1 scroney fledgling of a tree as cover and no one has shot him. I think he said his name was John (the name thing again).

So anyway, the guy comes up on the side of the tower that no one is watching and starts to work slowly to the entrance to take out everyone inside. He cautiously and very slowly works his way into a shooting angle and "oh-snap"! John takes him out. John saved the tower's bacon early on. Kudo's.

That was me behind the tree. Dont know how he missed me lol. I waited til he was inching around the corner to take a shot to pop him.

Had a lot of fun. The mass charge of Alpha/Blackwater on the airfield was crazy. I was already dead behind a bunker, when it started. Little scary behing stuck there with a wall of BBs flying over my head. coudnt even walk out after bleeding cause there was someone on hte other side firing, could see the end of the barrel sticking out 6 inches from my face.

Only real downside to the day was destroying the exhaust on my car on that pathetic excuse for a drive way theyve got out there.

O, and its Sean, not John.

lol, again, Thanks guys for keeping us safe. Inside the tower, buttontk had the right side of the fort covered (looking from the inside), but we didn't have anyone looking on the left. Good move for letting us last a little longer in there.

Pretty good game, despite the rough start. Me n Wolfy headed back to the parking lot during the first half due to battery trouble and growling stomachs. :P

I'm glad I had a chance to field the new high-torque gearbox and motor I installed into my M16, but came to the conclusion that my well-used and abused 9.6v wasn't going to cut it. This explains my switch to my inexperienced but reliable ICS MP5. 8)

I'm not going to lie, I refused to do my own birthday gauntlet. I just wasn't in the mood to be put on the spot for Trig's personal enjoyment. Something about pissing me off gets him excited in the pants.

I speak for myself as well as Wolfy when I say that the fun really started to pick up after the break. (Aside from the max-range contest that arose on the flanks of the airfield.) Holding the radar station against some serious indirect fire was a blast. Not to mention the rather intense charge Alpha and Charlie launched on the airfield.

Finished the game off by lounging behind the downed plane with my girlfriend and watching the aforementioned (and most likely CoD inspired ) knife being thrown into the tower. I hope these youngsters wise up, because I'd hate to see that become the future of AOSC. :P

All in all, good game. Definitely a good way to end my Airsoft hiatus. Lil pricey considering the gas my Yukon guzzled, but I guess that's just part of the hobby!

...Anyone wanna implement a travel distance discount? Might bring in more out-of-state players. ;)

For the most part I'll simply concur with most of what was said above.

Having helped Star_Folder run a lot of games i know how hard it can be to get everything started on time. That being said, it was a great time once we got underway.

Whereas during BW:1 it seemed like Blackwater had too much freedom to cheat and double cross, i felt surprisingly tied down by all the new rules, many of which were alleviated after the lunch break (either by mojo himself, or Charlier members spur of the moment decisions).

As a member of BW i did my best not to step on anyones toes, while still trying to be a money grubbing merc. I wanted everyone to have a good time.

Anyone who didnt have fun in this scenario was getting too bogged with the politics of the scenario. For me it was shoot whoever isn't paying me.

If anymore 3 team scenarios are run, i would suggest giving BW something to do with their cash *cough tanks cough* instead of just hoarding it for the entire day. But thats a topic for another thread.

Many thanks to all the everyone who showed up.

I would also like to amend Luke's statement about my safety kills-I finished the day with 11.
8 by touch (so technically stealth kills)
and 3 by well...safety.

The negative:
Late start, unorganized (admin with dead radio batteries..really?) Not sure why this game cost $20.

Loose game rules.

Lots of people without kill rags.

Stealth Hero: thanks for covering my car in dirt from the temper tantrum you had when you left the parking lot.
I wasn't driving, my (idiot) brother was. Regardless, I'm sorry about that and will be having a talk with him about that.

To start with, the game was once again interesting. The mechanics were unique, and some of the new restrictions on blackwater seemed to help keep confusion down.

For anyone who may be wondering, I was contacted to be bravo's alpha spy, however, I decided that wasn't interesting enough, so I talked with dom and played double agent instead. Sadly tho, I did a poor job as any ind of spy, and was out of the loop for most of the game. I definitely don't see myself taking that role ever again.

As far as my gameplay went, I had fun. I got a few kills with the chopped down ASR, which proved to be a fun and decent little piece of weaponry. Highlight of my day tho was in the afternoon at the airfield. Brave had dug deep into the banks at the north end of the clearing and wouldn't give up an inch past the downed plane. I went for a venture going wide of their flank (left for them, right for me) and up behind their HQ. I then came quietly down the main path right behind their position. I got about 20 feet away before I ran up and safety killed 5 people sitting together behind the bank. I would have cleared out the whole position if it weren't for my losing a shootout with a 6th guy standing about 15 feet away. I blame that on the lack of firepower, but I'm still satisfied with the feat, even tho it ended up making no real difference.

The only downsides to the day from my viewpoint were that in the afternoon I had left my M249 at the tower because of issues with the mag jamming. I came back to take it off the field with me and found that it was being used by someone (I believe from palmetto guard, but I didn't see him). This irritated me mostly for the reason my gun was having issues and no one asked if they could use it. I won't even let my brother use it yet even tho he's begged me to. They also got paintball crap all over the front, but I managed to get that off. This was followed by the front assembly coming off halfway to the parking area, which didn't help my mood at all.

Then I got shot up in the parking area by more Palmetto Guard, this time while trying to avoid being shot by arbee and some other guys I was playing around with. I will admit that I was pissed. To the point that I threw down my mp5 and broke the stock off it. That m14 or whatever it was had to have been a little too hot for 10 feet away. I've got about a dozen welts, a few of which bled. They shouldn't take to long to heal though. The guy who shot me did apologize and offered to get my field fee next time. I probably won't bother tho, mostly because i can't remember his face and am mostly over the event.

Other than that, the day was good and I enjoyed it. Thanks to Buttontk for trying to help, even tho I ended up not needing it, and thanks to AS11 for the pouch I bought. once again I am sorry about your car, and will talk to my brother about that. I've had to so far deal with him and a few other immature people who thought I should have walked back over to spray the PG guys. They can seem to get that I didn't want to start a parking area pissing match and get banned.
