Wow, what an epic day! Some of you may have noticed my newest toy, a fully overhauled G3 SG1 DMR with all the fixins. I got some awesome long range kills, and enjoyed watching Bravo hordes being picked off one by one in the village, yelling about a sniper just before donning their deadrags 8). Thanks to JrLeonard for being a great spotter and teammate. I also enjoyed taking down the whole Nabholz clan of GRAVE at the South Base when it was just me and Garrett against 15+ wildly charging Bravo. That was an epic firefight! It reminded me why I love my Glock 18c so much :D. A big thanks to all the teams that made it out to play, seemed like most active teams in the state were there. A big thanks to Tanker for running a great OP, and to Grimwulf for donating the awesome GBB and debuting SE Airsoft. Thanks to the four guys that volunteered for command roles, excellent job. I had a great time, and, as some of you may have guessed, I enjoy playing in the rain (some call me the amphibious airsofter now, LOL). I can't wait for OP 24!

The AOSC Reps want to thank all of you for making our first OP a massive success, even with rain, and we want you to know your honorable play, good sportmanship, and good attitudes make our jobs easy :). After the amazing success of our forums, and now our large games, in just a few short months I think it's safe to say that the AOSC was an immensely successful undertaking!

Do you realize Henry that I have told Ben to kick you and Jon off the team for betraying us and being Alpha?

In my defense, I was shooting about 20 other people at the time  :P

In my defense, Henry, you only picked me off because Geno and I got to the base a full 30 seconds before anyone else even got out off the ground. :P

I was as close behind you as possible, my legs are just a good bit shorter than yours.

Also,  special thanks to A5 (not sure if they are on forums??).
Here! And we LOVED it! Hooking up with you after lunch was probably the best airsoft we have played as a team. We have been talking about that awesome push to the Tin Shed (twice) ever since Saturday!! It was great team work and we definitely got some work done!

Loved this first major AOSC game. We hope to make it to plenty more.

About out of bounds - we were told that we could flank out of bounds if we wanted to. Around Bravo base we weren't shooting from OB just flanking around. Perhaps we were misinformed, regrets.

Overall AWESOME DAY!!!

There was some confusion in that regard. What Tanker meant to say was that you were able to flank around out of the area of operations (red line on map), but not actually leave the field bounds.

But... he didn't say it like that in the briefing.

This being only my 2nd Op, I learned alot, and I'm still far away from putting together the foolproof game. Even with all the little mishaps, I considered it successful since everyone I talked to said they had a great time. That's all I really care about :D.

It's funny how my teammates have to defend themselves after I pwn them all with my pistol, they act like they haven't seen it happen before 8).

I'm still laughing about when Smitty mistook me n my guys for some of his own troops while we were captured.  :P

Me: "Uuuh, did he just confuse us with-"
Vesper: "Yeah, but I didn't want to embarrass him; he's our CO."
