Radio programming

Gents & or Gals,

I have recently acquired an MOTOROLA HT1000 VHF radio. I am looking for some guidance in pointing me where I can find a place where they can re-program my radio? I dont have the proper equipment to run this thing on my computer, so with any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks again AOSC!
