paint over it......... 8) it does work
or wrap it in black electrical tape, till the warranty expires...
does wonders ;D
When you definitely need it killed overnight...

i just got mine off today what i did was i heated the whole flash hinder get a hairdrier and then heat it till its loose then i chiseled it off. Sounds weird but it worked.

I have had some that were tough. I have used a propane torch on a couple of them. You just have to be careful.....keep turning the barrel/flashhider as its being heated. Keep the flame from the torch at least 6-8 inches away from the flash hider. Usually after a minute or so the flash hider comes off with ease....be sure to use pliers to remove it.
