Pistol Magazine Problem

I have a pistol magazine that is acting up. Specifically a hicapa 1911 mag. When i shake the mag, something internally rattles. I dont know what it could be. When I fire it, I can get ~2 shots out of it before it releases all of the gas in the mag. Does anybody know what the problem is?

I would open it and find out what that piece is and go from there. Nothing is supposed to be loose inside.

I opened it up last night and found the part. It was just a plastic pipe that helped feed the gas into the magazine.
