Metal spring guide for precautionary measures.
Don't ever bother swapping the hop-up bucking. TM bucking is undoubtebly one of the best out there.
It would be a good idea to replace plastic bushings to metal bushings, IF your gun came with plastic bushings.
Motor upgrade is up to you. As far as my knowledge goes, stock TM motors should be able to pull an M120 spring.
And last but not least, you should look into a decent size 9.6v battery.
The total price of these items - TBB, spring, spring guide, bushings, and a battery - should be around $150, give or take.
