What brand is the spring? Your compression may be flawless, but those numbers are still very low.

^ Stephen is right.

Again, my point stands, since they can be run on M150s for some time, they must NOT have a stnd ratio gearset (at least) in their newer gearboxes, and are thusly pre upgraded.

KWA's have standard ratio gears  ......They are 18:1 gear ratio to be exact  ....  I think your point fell over...might wanna stand it  back up    ;D

What type of number are you using? Is this the standard torque ratio number, i.e. the number of full rotations of the bevel gear necessary to make one revolution of the sector gear? Reference post #5 here:

Remember, this is what we disagree on, and I stand by my statement:
Smoke wrote:The law enforcment kwa rifles have a m150 in them stock.....same gearbox as yours...nothing differnt except spring.....  kwa's are BEAST'S  and most people dont know it!
Dominum wrote:So, you're saying that they drop an M150 in as is? With stnd ratio gears, std torque motor, no MOSFET, same wiring, polycarb piston, and polycrab cylinder head? If so, they are doomed to failure right out of the box.

18.72 to 1, Pinion to Sector
6.24 to 1, Bevel to Sector

1 turn of the sector gear every 18.72 revolutions of the pinion gear, or 1 turn of the sector gear for every 6.24 revolution of the bevel gear.
