Changing barrel on a SCAR

Anyone here who knows how to change the barrel on a SCAR. Mine came with a standard barrel I just want to know how to replace it. Thanks...

Are you trying to replace the outer (cosmetic) barrel, or the inner barrel that the BB actually passes through?

hey stevo, yup its the cosmetic. the stock is a cqc barrel and it also came with standard b. how do i change it without damaging my gun

I don't know what make your SCAR is, but on most of the chiclone's the longer barrel is just a glorified flashhider. You can screw it on and off.

What brand is your SCAR?

In that case, all you need to do is screw off the outer barrel at the seam. I don't believe it is glued, but it may be, in which case you'll have to hold it under a hair-dryer for a few minutes.

I do understand that your SCAR is manufactured by AGM, and this video features D-Boys SCAR, but most of these basic features should be identical.
