GBB fps reduction

I just purchased a KWA kp45 match and it is shooting at 380fps, which as we all know is too hot for cqb (and any pistol really). Does anyone know how I could get this gun to shoot under 340fps? I do not want to use a different gas and am currently using propane. I am looking for something I could change in the internals of the gun. Links would be helpful.

First step is do not use propane. Use duster if you have to.

But I want to use propane because its cheap, and I already bought the adaptor. I'm looking for some kind of reduction valve.

The easiest option is to take his advice, use duster gas with an adapter. It is not expensive, and if you bought AA's GG adapter, it already came with a duster gas adapter as well. Duster gas is HFC134a, and you can simply buy it as a keyboard duster can. If you do not want to do that, the next best option would likely be to remove the hammer spring and remove a coil or two. The first is the best solution.

Could I get a link to hfc134a gas? Also, could you do the second option to my gun?
