Hey everybody, I want to upgrade my G&G GR-15 raider-L so it shoots harder. I wanna put an m125 spring in it, but then I would need a new motor. Any suggestions?

I suggest a G&P M160 Motor. Mine is serving me fantastically.

Pfft, you shouldn't need a new motor to run a 120 or 125. Your gun should already have a 110 as it is; there isn't much difference between the two.

If your compression is good an M125 will put you just over the full auto limit BTW...

thats okay, because i never go full auto. and its shoots 340-350. and with an m125 i have 400-415, but it takes about 3 seconds to shoot the bb. and the battery will die super fast.

Sounds like a weak battery. What battery do you have?

It will, but I really don't think you don't need a new motor. You need a stronger battery. A motor can only turn as fast as the battery that powers it. While every motor has a maximum speed, people rarely reach it. I run my VFC M4 on an 11.1v 20C Lipo battery, but it won't get any faster on a 30C; I've already reached the maximum speed. Your relatively weak 9.6v 1600mah battery isn't supplying the motor with all the juice it needs to pull that spring.
What brand is the spring?

element, but my cusion put his systema motor in my gun and it shoots like a BEAST. so it has to be the motor. BTW my cusion runs a VFC E-Series too great gun. he also gets deployed next week

You're missing the point. A G&G motor is MORE than capable of pulling it, but you need a bigger battery to feed it. On the other hand, a Systema motor will pull more power at a higher rate; your battery will still not last very long on a charge, but it will pull the spring.

Don't the intellect 9.6 battery's have a 30c rating? I'm not 100 percent sure on this but i think they do?
