Does it have the little allen screw  on the bottom of it that you need to remove? If it doesn't or you have and it doesn't come off still it is that nasty glue they use. You will need a heat gun or something that can melt the glue then it should come right off.

If you heat the  whole gun then pick it up it will give you a great sensation.

Did you use a heat gun or a hair dryer? If you're using a hair dryer it won't reach the temp required to  melt the glue enough for you to twist it off.

Are you turning it CCW (Lefty tighty, Righty loosey)?

Heat it with a lighter, and then use vise grips.  It's a minor inconvenience to remove orange tips, but ECHO 1 wants the customers to receive their quality airsoft guns without hassle.

Boil some water(or just put a coffee cup two thirds full in the microwave for a minute or two) and put the end of the barrel strait in. Leave it for a couple minutes, then immediately attempt vise grips/pliers. Also, it is REVERSE THREADED!!! Do the opposite direction of a normal thread, lefty tighty righty loosey.

Are you sponsored by Echo 1 or something? First you say they're the best, then you specifically say that Echo 1 wants customers to recieve thier guns w/o hassle, like other manufacturers don't. Haha.

Redwolf and other overseas retailers aren't known for their awesome customer service.  I don't think Tokyo Marui even cares about US customers.  Echo1 leads the way in customer appreciation!
