KWA 2gx M4 and MAG midcaps feed problem

How do I get MAG 130 Round midcaps to fit in my gun properly and feed to the full capacity. I have a KWA 2gx, and all mags fit in the magazine well very snug some are a little loose. But the problem is the first maybe 30 shots either go 10 feet or roll out of the barrel. The only solution to this that I know of is to not fill it up all the way(dont post and say this or I will just laugh at you) or to fill it up all the way and take the mag out a few times so that bbs drop. But I want a full capacity 130 round midcap because if I only fill them to like 80 then I go through that fast. I like to shoot not going to lie.

Your magazine springs aren't broken in completely yet.
Don't fill them all the way, seriously. It's either that or disassemble the mag and stretch the spring, but that's a massive pain.

So you are saying I have to permanently use them not filled all the way?

No, he's saying that after awhile, the spring will break in and it will work as you want it.

What if I left them filled for like a week with bbs

I suppose you could, but that's the opposite of stretching the spring.

Ok well I know all to well what you are going through. When the KWA M4 line was released I was one of the 1st players here in SC to have one(Thanks Slate

). I also recieved the MAG 130rd Mids and had the same problems you are having with the 2nd Gen KWA. I spoke with several people who are in the know with no help. I found that the 80rd MAG mids feed flawlessly, the problem is the 130rd MAG mids themself. I used KA mids and STAR 30rd lows with no problems. So I decided to put 100 bb's in the 130rd mids and it worked well, no feeding problems or 10ft shots. Sorry I don't have a solution to your problem but maybe its a fix. OH and BTW, leaving them loaded will not fix it as I left one fully loaded for about a month and it still didn't work.

I have read about people solving this issue by removing the spring and stretching it, but as I mentioned before it can be a massive pain to reinstall the spring on higher capacity mids such as these.

Actually, if mids are doing that it usually means the springs are pressing too hard, if you stretch it it will not help. I think what you were thinking Stephen is when it misfeeds because it is too weak. In that case, it is usually based on overuse, leaving them loaded after games etc., or getting debris in there. When these things happen, then open them up, shoot air through to clear debris, stretch the spring, and replace. In this case, you should do what was initially said, load 100 or so rounds for a while and it should break itself in. I had to do that with my KA G3 Mids.

Which is why I said you should take the advice of Steevo, Veimos, and Blackfox and only load 100rnds until it breaks in

There's no way to tell. It might take a single game, it might take months.

I just tried loading up 100, it doesnt even load 100. I could only get in 20 squeezes of my speedloader (4 bbs a squeeze.). Problem?
