G36C hop up is too strong

The hop up on my g36c is way too strong. With a .25 I am reaching out to 250 feet (measured) with my hop up off, but it does curve upwards more than I'd like. Having that kind of range is nice, but it is a bit hard to hit a target at the 150-200 feet mark because of the hop up

What replacement buckings or nubs do you guys suggest? Having to use .3s just to have the bb fly straight is quite annoying and expensive.
If it matters, I'm using a 1st gen KWA G36C.

Consider picking up a 2nd gen KWA bucking. I've also found that the systema buckings have rather small inner mounds. Temporarily, you can see how your gun shoots without your nub, just be careful not to lose it, it would only be a temporary fix.

If you are feeling daring, you can try to install the flat hop, or pay me to do it for you :D

Or you can pay me to have you do the flat hop? I'm probably going to have you do the flat hop on my G3 and G36, though.
But, I am going to see what kind of bucking is in my G36 before I hand it over to you.

Alright, let me know what you find.

I doubt everything is correctly in place due to what you are describing. There should be a fix not requiring parts, something like the nub being out of place is likely. However, there's nothing wrong with going ahead and upgrading it of course.
