Hey you guys, I bought 2 KWA ATPs and been having some problems with the guns completing a full cycle. I believe the Hammer is failing to reset after each shot, which would explain the need to recock the gun after each shot, but I'm not a 100%. I was wondering if anyone else may have found a way to repair or fix the problem with these Pistols. If so could you post? Thanks


P.S. Also for those of you looking to buy the KWA ATP I think you may want to take a gander at this. It seems its not just my ATP which is having this problem either.

Pull the slide off (rack it back, hit takedown tabs). Pull out the recoil buffer, flip it around, and put everything back together.

Edit: Kneejerk response based on the reviews I've seen. Even though the recoil buffer issue is not directly tied to full cycle completion, I'd still check to make sure yours is not backwards.

I'll give it a quick try and see what happens
