SAW box mag jamming fix

So, as anyone who has met my M249 in action would know, I can't use it for more than a moment before the box mag jams. It may just be my particular gun, but it has been a truly chronic issue making it about worthless on the field. So last night I took it apart and came up with this solution.
Step 1: After getting it apart, I noticed that there was a plastic tab meant to guide the BBs, but this tab was a bit long, and with the design of this mag, it created a space that likes to catch BBs. After removing this extra bit of tab, I put it back together and noticed an immediate improvement. Although it still has an occasional jam, it only lasts a few seconds and is easily fixed by a small shake.

Step 2: Currently underway, will revise when finished. I Just took it back apart, and am in the process of gluing a small piece of eraser in position to block off the last of the excess space and help guide the BBs.

Provided all goes well (meaning the eraser stays in place), then I hope this will help the rest of you with this same issue as much as it's going to help me.
