KWA SR12 FPS Upgrade?

I just recieved the newest generation KWA SR12, and according to Airsoft GI, it shoots 396 fps with .20g. bb's. I am looking to get as close as possible to the 400 fps w/ .25g limit for AOSC games, to maximize power but still have the ability to go full auto. At the same time, I am avoiding any upgrades that could be detrimental to the impressive accuracy it already has.
From my little bit of research, it seems a switch to a M130 spring has been the common practice. I'm not super modding this thing so please no one reply with crazy "frankenstein your gun up" answers.
So the million dollar question is:
1. What spring do you recommend to reach 400 fps with .25's? ( >400 fps is not acceptable, unless the spring is known to settle down enough over time)
2. Is the stock hop up and bucking sufficient for the increase in fps?
3. How will an increase in fps from the spring change affect the accuracy and range?
Educated opinions/experiences would be greatly appreciated.
