it's where a graphic film is floated on water then dissolved, and the piece is lowered in and whatever desin you pick is adhered to the piece (in a nutshell), I know it has a clear coat but not sure of the durability, and wondering if anyone has tried it.

Google guys, google. Look it up.

As for the Hydrodipping, to my knowledge, no one in SC has done it, I'm sure I'll be corrected if someone has. I've seen the idea suggested numerous times, but I've never actually seen it done by hand.

21st Tactical does a LOT of this stuff. I haven't seen any in SC, but it does work very well and is very durable. I keep meaning to get into it myself but have never got around to it.

Ive seen a lot of guns with it and they look good. I only think I've seen one in real life and it looked better than any other painted gun. Might as well give it a shot.

thats what i was thinking i know a guy who does it for car parts as i work for an automotive supply store and he does real steel guns, and he says its durable, I just wanted to get some opinions if anyone has done it. i think i'll go for it ill let you guys know how it turns out, plus that ASC is just a backup anyway no loss if it isnt.

See how much it would be, I wouldn't mind trying it myself.

Hydro dip can look great if done right, and it is reasonably durable. Rough use will show, and heat destroys it.

Cerakote is for ballers.
