KJW M9 mangled springs

I have a KJW M9. Problem: Those 2 flimsy little springs on the blue nozzle get mangled when shooting, rendering them useless. Their purpose is to pull back the nozzle when the slide blows back so the next bb can feed. No springs = feeding issues.
I replaced the mangled stock springs with King Arms M9 spring set springs, but they too got mangled in 3 shots! They were weaker and thinner than the stock springs though.
Any idea of what's going on? Is my gun shooting too hot or something? I have one mag that has recently decided it will shoot starting out at up to 370 fps w/.20, don't know if that might be part of the problem.

Since no one seems to know what is going on, I have a new question. Does anyone know where I can find loading nozzle return springs for my KJW m9? I have tried the King Arms/Matrix spring set, but they were weak flimsy crap that gave out after 3 shots. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I fixed the "no springs" problem. I stole some springs out of some pens lying around the house. Took one that matched closest in size and threw it in the gun. Abra kadabra! No more feeding issues, it pushes the nozzle back like it should, even though I only have one spring installed and on the left side.

Nice ingenuity!

Note to self: springs in pens are not just for hopup chambers.
