I recently bought the G&G G4 A3 from Airsoft GI. Right now the only internal changes i have done to it is the addition of a MadBull 455mm 6.01 tight bore barrel. I noticed that after about 50 feet the bbs start to drop a ton, resulting me not being able to shoot people very far. it is 20 med. i have used it in two games so far. Please help! A list of new things i need to install would be much appreciated or an explanation of this problem. I don't know if its a user error or what Please help

Is your hopup nub missing or your bucking damaged? Sounds like the bucking is not engaging the BB as it passes through the chamber.

I am currently not at home but when I am ill check it to see if there is a problem with it thanks for your help

Do the bbs look like they are falling out of the barrel, or do they look like they are forcing themselves to the ground?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by forcing themselves to the ground

Like the hop is backwards. Your bbs fling to the ground instead of flinging to the air. It's a pretty notable difference between simply falling to the ground. Because you didn't understand what I meant, I'm going to assume that this is not the case.

I would check your compression, sounds like you aren't getting enough power behind those bbs.

Alright I'm thinking about just getting a new gearbox and hopup

Nevermind I understand what you are saying I think that's the problem the hopup is like backwards

How do you find that out I took it out and it looks like it should work based off the looks of others from YouTube

Can you remove the barrel/hopup chamber assy. from the upper, turn the hopup all the way up, then shine a light through the front the front of the barrel and take a hi res pic of the silhouette of the inside of the barrel from the back?
