Long story short, I have been having loads of problems with my PPS 120 round grenade. Half of the time, it won't retain gas and will blow all the BB's out, I figure its just the grenade since the O rings are perfectly fine. Now, I have lost one of the small ball bearings on the inside. Should I bother replacing the ball bearings (If so where can I find replacements) or should I get a whole other grenade entirely? I like it, but its just not able to perform like I want it to. I bought it to lob squeaky tennis balls at buildings but it hardly gets them anywhere. I've resorted to partially filling the tubes meant for BB's and using the empty parts of the tubes like a barrel and was getting good results.

TL;DR, Where do I get ball bearings for my grenade and should I repair it or get a whole new grenade?

Ask Smitty, he is an expert on those.

I had some similar issues and I bet its due to the bearings. I lost mine as well but I was able to find more bearings from ACE hardware.

Sweet. Do you know what size they are?

Not off the top of my head but if you take one with you they should be able to help you find a matching size
