If you are planning on switching to lithium polymer batteries or if you are avoiding them because you're worried about them being "dangerous", I'd seriously encourage you to read the article I've linked to above. It is incredibly informative and manages to be easy to read at the same time.

Just to add to that thought..
Austrians are man/stupid enough to actually experiment with it.

How do I choose the right lipo battery pack for my set-up?
Most lipo retailers rate their packs based on the individual cell’s performance(C rate) rather than the actual pack’s performance. We no longer use this method because of resistance and heat build-up in the welds, shrink wrap, wire and the plug. This makes the cell’s individual “Câ€

Another thing.
You can actually have a higher rate of fire with a Nicd or NiMh battery pack. Nicd's and Nimh have more punch in the beginning but fall off in performance and run time. Li-po's stay consistent from start to finish. Li-po's are not effected by cold weather conditions either.
I stuck one of my cheap o li-po's in Severed's X series Classic Army. The gun performed identical to his big 4200mah 9.6v except the rate of fire. It shot maybe 3-6 rps slower. And I explained to him that Nimh start off strong and finish weak. My li-po started the game at 12.48v's, all the shooting I did, I just checked it (after leaving it in my car unplugged since I loaded up at 5:30 Saturday night) at 11.53v's!!!!! No nicd or nimh will hold a charge that high out in the elements.
In short, Lipo's aren't always the best thing for ROF.

Since people still don't seem to get the point...
There is NO REASON to EVER own a NiMH or NiCad, period. LiPos make more sense, they charge faster, are smaller and lighter, and often cheaper if not the same price as conventional batteries. There is NO reason NOT to have all your batteries be LiPos. Again, ALL LiPos ARE NOT HIGH ROF BB HOSES, they come in a variety of voltages, MAHs, and discharge rates which means that you can get a LiPo that runs yiour gun in the EXACT SAME WAY your current battery doesn, adding no stress or ROF to your gun if you do not want it to, but it will have multiple benefits compared to your old batteries.
Stop being afraid of LiPos, the myths have been disspelled people!

Where is the best place to buy a lipo battery, charger, and maybe a lipo sack for the lowest price but yet good quality? I find airsoftgi to be way to pricey. Im looking to put one into my new KWA m4 (newest version). The tech at KWA said no more than an 11.1v 15C lipo. Also, should i put in a MOSFET?

MOSFETs are always recommended with higher output batteries, so yes.
As far as buying a lipo on the cheap:
Rhino or ZIPPY lipos from Hobbyking are not half bad.
Firefox lipos are okay, and can be purchased cheaply on eBay.
As far as cheap chargers go, the Venom balance chargers are about $30 and can be purchased all over the internet.

Where can I get a cheap mosfet? And some place to install it?
And are socom gear lipos good? <--- Before this is it worth it to even get an 11.1v lipo with only a 15C or just wait until I can get funds to upgrade my KWA to handle more?

Well, uh, I make and sell MOSFETs.
SOCOM Gear is a rebrander, so their lipos are probably along the lines of a Firefox. Give me a link to the lipo you have in mind.
Lipos have various advantages when compared to NiMHs or NiCDs. In all seriousness, read the article I linked to in the first post.

Why in the world would you want a discharger? If you completely discharge a lipo you will destroy it.

Read the article I linked to in the first post. If you thought that, who knows what else you might be thinking.

Should I use a lipo safe with my lipo battery?

I assume you are reffering to the beepers that go off when it gets low? If so, yes. They are very cheap and area a good precaution to take. If you have a high draw setup however, they may go off whenever you fire, and thus are impractical in certain cases.
