where did you get the magnifier? I've been wanting one since i saw it in 2009 in a magazine. the only ones I can find are the aimpoint ones and they cost $540.

I got it in a package deal with the Hurricane Sight, if you want it you can buy it for $75 with the FTS mount included. It requires your eye to be close to the magnifier but in airsoft its not that big of a deal. Its (x3) magnification.

How is that VFC? I've heard the spring guides are the only drawback.

Seriously? The spring guide? I haven't seen a spring guide be an issue in at least a year, and the only significant internal failure I ever see on VFC ARs is a piston strip.

my mp5's spring guide snapped in 2 but it's an easy fix. i wouldn't worry too much about messing one up.
