If it's shooting that far with a flat trajectory, it's too hot, crank it down a bit

. Looks like a pretty good AT build though, nice job on that. I am curious how and why you modded the pellet rifle?

Is the launcher CO2 powered? If so, does it use the entire 12g cartridge on each shot, or does it have some sort of expansion chamber/regulator setup?

There's no kill switch on awesome!

welll, i wanted something that would hit hard and i got it. that's with the best shot i made. i'm pretty sure you saw me shooting it at blackwater 2 in the parking lot. you were all like WHOA!!! when i shot it. i modded the pellet rifle cause i was sick of paying $5 for a thing of 250 pellets so i decided i'd pay $10 for 10000 bb's instead. i'm not bringing it to games though.i only use it to keep the possums and coons away.

the launcher is CO2 powered. it does have an expansion chamber. i'll screw around with the pic and show you all the details and what it's made of.

Given the design, do I correctly assume that it uses one cartridge per shot?

Well, the question really is are you using 12g or 16g cartridges for each shot?

it uses 1 12 gram cartridge per shot. can i use this kind of rocket that has a hollow tip that you put a paintball in that marks the tank? oh btw dom, you said it was hard to find mini vortexes. i found them for $3 each at toys r us. tons of them. know where i can find a m4 ris for around $180?

1 12g cartridge per shot means it should be roughly equal to Big Berthas, so no problem there. As far as any marking agents, the answer is always no. You can get them for $2 each at Family Dollar stores, though if they are out of season you will have to ask the GM to order you a case. You mean an M4 with RIS?

yeah. a m4 with a ris built in. i ain't into paying like 300 for just a m4. only reason i'm gettin one is cause it'll cost about the same just to repair what i already got. i'm gonna get a box mag so yeah.....

Some G&G Combat Machines have rails and are a little below you price range.
I do not always accidentally, but when I do, I accidentally the whole thing.

Nothing you need to repair will cost anything even close to $180.

7mm JG shell - $20
SHS piston/head - $25
High speed or torque SHS motor - $30
Spring - $5-10
Wiring - $5
Total = $90ish plus labor
I find it hard to believe that you need *all* that stuff. Unless your gun got run over by a tank while running on a 14.8v battery, odds are at least some of the things you mentioned are still perfectly functional.

So, you are certain that your shell is cracked, your piston is stripped, your gears are all missing teeth, your motor is burned out beyond repair, your spring is broken in half, and your trigger contacts are burned out? The likelihood of all of that happening simultaneously is about one billion billion times more likely than an autonomous single celled organism forming on it's own. In other words, that's darn near impossible. Have you looked (or had a professional look) in this gearbox, or are you doing what a lot of people do and just deciding you know what's wrong with it?
