You're going to need to find a way to add a bipod to that fugly EBR, because there's no way in hell anyone's going to be able to carry it LOL.

The cheytac does nothing for me, and socom gear is coming out with a cheaper one.

I hate to break it to you, but it is likely very impractical in the field :(. Assuming the seals hold up under GG/Propane, it's still only about 450 FPS, and otherwise it's <380, and high FPS gas setups are almost never very consistent, which makes for low accuracy. As far as the interchangeable bolt system, unless it's compatible with APS2 or PSS10 parts consider it useless. In other words, your $1400 would be MUCH better spent on a Systema PTW Max that fires at ~600FPS and is very accurate with instant trigger response and semi auto capability. All that being said, it'd still be $1400 of eyecandy on the field ;).
