Looks like the keltec bullpup, but that uses stanag mags, that one looks proprietary.

It's based on the HK-F, an experimental Famas-like SBR developed by H&K in conjunction with Paul Tellie. The Keltec is just a knockoff.

I was thinking it looked like an assault rifle version of the DSR-1.
