The black flag is pretty stylish.  I wear one on my shoulder.

I have one on my pistol belt. Last game I lost a bunch of stuff that fell out of it though, so it doesn't help too much. I have a pistol holster, pistol mags, first aid kit, and dump pouch on my belt also.
