It's a Jolly Roger and is was put on the gun by Echo 1 one. It is from the patch worn by some U.S. Navy Seal teams. I saw a picture of one of these units in Afganistan holding a big red Jolly Roger Flag, but I can't find the magazine now to tell you the actual unit name. But that is where Echo 1 got the design for it.
