Oh yes, I'm not sure about the Navy, but the Army and Marines are still using them quite a bit.

Heck, they better not change it until I get there..

Just a pic of a real life soldier mixing Alpha and Bravo load out to accomplish the mission.  The "bad guys" who tried to kill this guy didn't have a problem distinguishing which side he was on.

Yep, that's why our rules would allow that loadout.
