Dec 1st at Blue Hole. Battle in the Badlands
Re: Dec 1st at Blue Hole. Battle in the Badlands
Blue Hole is located in Warrenville, SC the map coordinates for the entrance are below for GPS users;
33.515754,-81.775270
For ease here is the link to Google Maps showing the entrance to the field. Near the intersection of Jim Cagney and Richardson Lake Rd.
Follow the dirt road past the small lake and keep going and it will bring you to the parking lot/staging area.
Hope this helps anyone new to the field to find it. I know from personal experience it is not an easy place to find with out a little help.
Thanks Bald Eagle for the correct street name.

Hoss is correct in that it is not quite an easy entrance to find, especially if using Google Maps - because Google Maps has the WRONG name of the road. Oops, Google Maps.... MSN Maps has beat you.... MSN Maps correctly states the road is named JIM CAGNEY and not BURBAGE.Iam_Hoss wrote:Blue Hole is located in Warrenville, SC the map coordinates for the entrance are below for GPS users;

Therefore, the entrance is at the corner of Jim Cagney and Richardson Lake Road. (Star and I noticed the street sign name the last couple of times there) In fact, using "Street View" on Google map that Hoss has referenced, you can see the street sign does state Jim Cagney.
Again, the entrance is at the corner of JIM CAGNEY and Richardson Lake Road.

Just scheduled weekends. Currently, the only fields that have regular games are the Swamp and Redfox.ViperThreeSixAlpha wrote:BTW, Is this field opened to airsofters every weekend or just scheduled games?

Pretty sure there won't be anything to anti-tank this time. That said, bring it if it want to, same AOSC A.T. rules as always.
Homemade pneumatic launchers are generally fine provided they shoot something soft and lightweight (i.e. Nerf pocket vortex 'rocket' is most common, foam football, etc.) and you don't aim them at people. An AOSC representative has the authority to approve 'em. 1 hit destroys the inanimate target (i.e. tank or technical) and everyone inside.

Looking forward to this game! I'll most likely be rolling Green but will bring Tan in case I need to switch to help makes teams equal.

Re: Dec 1st at Blue Hole. Battle in the Badlands
Been waiting for a game so I can finally rock my PCU's (w/ full tan loadout), will this be a problem with team color designation? I too will bring woodland, Tan and OCP incase, my Stepson and I have been holding these PCU's waiting for a cold weather OP. FYI-PCU's are commonly called Foliage/ranger/alpha green (more grey than green). Doesn't matter really what we wear as long as we get to play but would like to get a heads up before we deploy.

Probably treated as ACU's (that's what I would lump them with), which is what they mostly look like from 30+ feet (i.e. airsoft range).

If its ACUs, then it will be balancer (normally Bravo)
If it is Ranger Green then it will be Alpha.
