If you're close to the CQB limit (by close I mean within ~10 FPS), you'll be fine. Using heavier BB's doesn't count. Getting hit by a tank at 10MPH is going to hurt as much as getting hit by a Smart Car doing 100MPH, if you catch my drift.

Steevo couldn't you come up with something other than a Smart Car-like it can go that fast.

Well when i last chronoed my gun it ran around 350 with .2's and according to Smitty's chart that translates to just over 300 with .25's

As I said, you should be fine. We won't turn somebody away because they are a fraction of a percent over the limit. If you're really worried about it shooting too hot, leave the spring compressed for a couple of days.

alright ill do that, and i thought most CQB fields ruled that 340 and under was acceptable? is the 300 with .25s and AOSC rule just for safety or is the field really tight?

340 with .20s, not .25s. It will take a little while for everybody to get used to using .25s for reference.

Jeremy314 is exactly right.
As long as your average shot is under 305FPS with a .25, you will be OK. If you average over, it's a no go.

Felix, would you like to apply as Alpha or Bravo CO?

To answer the 'roles' question, COs and XOs can have different duties at different games. XOs are the right hand man of the CO, and are usually chosen by him. Those in these roles perform command duties, ranging from simple (like this game) where they coordinate comms, keep people updated on their missions, and generally direct players and teams to help them coordinate; to the most complex (Like at Op 24) where they are in an immersive scenario and direct every aspect of their faction's actions over the course of the game, issuing all orders to squads, organizing comms, allocating assets of all kinds, arranging sleeping patterns, using special faction abilities, etc. At a game like Op Mantis, it is a semi combat role that is some extra work, but rewarding. At the larger and more in depth games like Op 24, it is an almost exclusively non-combat role that will take a lot of time, energy, and thought.

I don't think the suspension could handle that kind of weight, maybe a pro go-cart motor.
