Where did you see that Jester, is that in the game specific rules (it's not a standard rule)? I see no need to require a specific color, as long as it is a colored (red, green, blue, orange) chemlight or LED glowstick IMO it will work fine as a dearag. If Garrett is requiring a specific color for each faction for this game than that is his call though. If that is the case, it would be wise for someone to buy a crapton of both colors and sell them at the game, as you know a lot of people will forget them or get the wrong color.

Light sticks aren't in the rules? Oops, I must have been remembering that from 24-2. I like the 2-color system though. It helps medics identify which team they are healing.

Different colored sticks would help medics. I got an opfor medic to heal me and a buddy in a night game awhile back. Classic moment to hear "bill, you idiot, you just healed the wrong team!" After I shot the guy who has shot me a minute earlier, lol.

Classic... except that in this state (not sure where you were playing) that is cheating. It has always been very clearly stated that only friendlies may medic you.
