That will take it down FPS wise, but it will not make it CQB legal. You need to read up on the following:

Our limits are based on the amount of energy transferred on impact (joules). The stated limit of 340 FPS with a .20 in CQB is just that, thus if you were using a .40 in CQB it would have to be traveling at 240 FPS or less.

In a nutshell, a .4 with the same joules as a .2 will hurt just the same, even if the FPS is drastically lower.

It will need to most likely be down graded.

JohnsonMP, cantttype is correct. Unless something has changed, JG MP5s come shooting stock at about 375-380. You won't be able to use that in CQB.
