Should be okay (it's been done before), just need to observe a max speed of <10mph (i.e. use lowest gear.....running over folks sucks) and pay attention to players on foot and the holes and steep, potentially deadly dropoffs (up to 30+ feet in some spots) with soft edges that you will find at this venue.
Common sense rules will apply, i.e. stop to load and unload, hits to exposed personnel count as hits, a hit from an AT weapon firing a nerf or similar foam projectile destroys the vehicle and all occupants in a big fireball. It will get shot up by BB's, sometimes mirrors and such can be broken, it's important to understand that you accept a measure of risk. If it is to be a technical (i.e. a soft skin vehicle) the admins may rule it to be vulnerable to concentrated small arms fire as well, that's a staff question though.
However the terrain out there is not especially friendly to vehicles, even jeeps and pickup trucks, there are ruts, soft sandy spots, large rocks, and ground clearances can be an issue as well.
Felix (event admin) may want to put you/it on a particular team, or, if you have a particular one you want to be on or plan to be on you should probably let him know.
