Field Waiver

- Water bottles are not allowed on the field, but we are serious about hydration. Camel backs, canteens, and military h20 carries are highly recommended!  :-D

- No littering. Be responsible for your bags, equipment and trash.

Times:
Start time = 11am  (Great for those of you driving from a far)

End time = 8pm!  (Oh, you'll get your monies worth out of this game day!) 

Camos:
Alpha (green based camos) are US forces.

Bravo (tan, black, Acu, et all...) will be the Viet Kong.

-One exception to this : No matter the color... any ghili suit is to be designated as hostile Viet Kong soldiers!


$30 Per player. Maps will be supplied to each player when they arrive.

There will be helicopter insertions (via truck) throughout much of the day! As well as pyro galore. Working on getting a real deuce-n-a-half right now!

This scenario was written to enhance the authenticity of the Vietnam experience as much as we could. Including many elements scripted by the field owner, who is himself a Veteran of that conflict.

Because of this, field names have been changed to a more appropriate titles. Mission information will be handed down to squads in a similar manner. Therefore, please print and become familiar with the map and its names. The larger map will be better to print & read. 

Also different from previous OPs, the generals will be given 50% of their objectives BEFORE the event... meaning serious planning can take place here on the forums, or where whey wish to take the discussions.

I got a spare AK Steevo, because I'll be rocking the RPK with the drum.  Love playing on the entire RF field.  Count me in.

There will be prizes awarded to the best (ie : most authentic late 1960) U.S. Marine load-out and the best Northern Vietcong kit.

I may even give something to the worse dressed, lol.

I got a good feeling about the uniform reward i have a pure USMC Vietnam loadout gun and all (1955 Flak vest, jungle boots, M1 helmet, USMC helmet cover, Bandolier, M16A1, ODs, Gasmask)

i got the tiger stripe...and gear, but no nam era gun. someoen let me borrow a m60?
