SC vs NC event details

Greetings all,

On Saturday, May 1st.. let slips the dogs of war, and let the forces of South Carolina and our battle-brothers from NC meet on the field and decide a new year of combat, honor, and victors!

Our camo color is tan, black & ACU (no multicam) While the NC forces will come loaded with all manner of green based camos.

This will be a full day event with a night game... full of pyrotechnics, camp fires and camaraderie!

Mark your date! Load your rounds and get ready for... WAR!

Just thought I'd drop by and let everyone know that Big Boy Toys will be there with the trailer/store.  I'll be there Friday evening and most of the day Saturday.  I have to take off once the evening game gets rolling so that I can get set up at CDWC for Vietnam Patrol...

Greetings all,

If this were a thread, I would call it "The hard truth", lol.

Here is the situation. Each year the States game will go back and forth between NC and SC hosting. The home state will almost always be fielding more players as it is easier for them to drive. To this end, here is what will need to happen this Saturday.

Some SC player will need to play on the NC faction.

Last year, at the first States VS event, under 20 SC players showed up, and a huge number of NC guys moved over and won the event for our state. that was pretty damn cool if them... and we need to return the favor.

Therefore, in your thinking about this event, please understand that we will be asking for volunteers to move over and balance the teams. If you can bring green, or only have green you are in a great position to help! And please do.

It would not be fair or friendly to have 100 SC players against 40 NC guys who drove hours to enjoy our hospitality.

If whole teams can organize to help NC, that would be ideal.

It is not traitorous, or disloyal.. it is honorable, mature, and generous to help our out of town guests.

Also realize this has to happen. We simply cannot have an event that is 100 vs 40. Period.

If the game index is at 8:30pm, that will only give us about 30 minutes of a night game.... unless I missed something.
