I am taking the liberty to post this for Gman, he posted it in the general section so I am putting it here. There should be a decent turnout from what I have heard so far and Gman is planning some different style ops which should serve up plenty of action and be a needed change of pace.

What time is this starting? I will be at the real mil near Greensboro Sat and may just come back thru Ashville (ie the long way home), just to shoot some more people.

  From Gman about the game,

Hey guys,

I got the gate key from the land owner and am ready to start hosting games. Finally! Lol.

The first open day will be July 11th. I will have open days every second Sunday for the rest of the summer. These open days will be mostly "paintsoft" style so that everybody can play and blow off some steam. I've got some ideas that should keep the elitists among us happy though

I'm planning a scenario game now that will take place sometime this summer. I'll post up the details later.

We are currently working on putting together a simple CQB area that will hopefully be ready before the end of the summer.

I've found a BBQ caterer that will be coming out on game days to provide everybody with sustenance as well.

Here's a linky to the field website:

Remember that we're in the mountains up here. The terrain is mostly STEEP. Hopefully that won't keep all of you South Carolinians away though! Lol.

I'm asking people to show up at 10am for the safety brief. It's $10.

I just checked the weather and instead of the steamy 91 to 95 degrees we are going to have here in SC it will be a frigid 87 degrees in Asheville tomorrow so come on out.
